The easiest 10 I‘ve given to a hotel. We had the most comfortable and beautiful 5-day stay at this hotel. Perfectly stylish interior, maximum comfort, and amazing (in a very authentic way) staff! The location is also pretty good, easy to reach from outside Sofia, very close to Paradise Center, and not far from anything you might need in the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, too! Highly recommended 🫶 I have absolutely nothing to mention here.

Great hotel and amazingly responsive team with attention to detail and meticulous cleanliness. All rooms are uniquely furnished, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant! The hotel looks like new, which speaks of the good maintenance.

Най-добрият хотел в София! Хотелът е превъзходен! Топъл, чист, тих. Дизайнът е прекрасен, стаите са много хуабви, чудесно и модерно обзаведени. Банята е просторна и много чиста. Леглата и матраците са много удобни, както и възглавниците и завивките, което е рядкост в много хотели. Закуската се приготвя пред нас, на място, и всичко е много вкусно и прясно! Момчето, което ни посрещна и обслужва е много мил, любезен и разговорилив, точно както трябва да бъде, за да ни предразположи и да направи престоя ни в хотела още по - приятен, за което му благодарим! Препоручвам този хотел за всеки, който има път към София и се чуди къде да отседне. Намира се в хубав квартал на София, близко е и до центъра. Отснахаме очаровани от престоя си, помислено е и за най - малкия детайл, и бихме се върнали отново в този хотел!

The hotel is new, very clean and nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating and made us and our dog feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast was exceptional as well. I highly recommend!

Great little hotel in Sofia, next to Paradise mall.. Highly recommended!This hotel was a nice surprise, it has a very homey appearance and service. Breakfast was excellent & option to stay and work in the breakfast area was a great plus. Stuff is extremely friendly and repsonsive.

Top hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable and with stylish design. The beds are extremely comfortable. Big bathroom, great shower. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. Last but not least, the breakfast that we got was one of the best!

Everything is new, modern and clean. Parking has CCTV and is right next to the hotel and the people at the reception are great..

Excellent hotel to stay in Sofia Bulgaria Very clean Friendly team Amazing location

I visit Impressmente on business trips and it's a fantastic hotel with an amazing host who serves a great breakfast to me and my colleagues. The rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked minibar, most of the rooms are single beds which can be pushed together but there are other rooms available. The bathrooms are always clean and the little l'octaine hand soaps and gels is a really nice touch. I look forward to my next trip!
